Located in north of Taif governorate, in a distinct location within the urban area, adjacent to the Ash Sharafiyah and Al Rahmaniya neighborhoods and on one of the main roads coming from Mecca (Al Sail Road).
This project came together with a coalition of major national and international companies under the umbrella of the housing program, one of the Kingdom’s ambitious Vision 2030 under the supervision of National Housing Corporation, the investment arm of the Ministry of Housing, it meets the needs of citizens in the Taif governorate, whose number exceeds one million.
Al Worood city regarded as the largest project in Taif governorate and one of the Kingdom’s largest urban development projects.
Whereas the project includes the development of a land area of more than 9 million square meters, and execution of roads with a length of more than 112 linear kilometers, encompass all services, sidewalks, and lighting.
In the first phase of the project, 5,400 residential Villa will be built in distinctive models, allocated within 300 villas to the housing program to meet the needs of a segment of housing beneficiaries registered in Ministries lists which to date the Ministry lists more than 35,000 beneficiaries in the Taif governorate alone.
